A clear approach to meeting context.
MemoPod’s privacy approach is based on purposeful collection, practical controls, and an expectation that teams should understand how meeting information is handled.

This overview explains how MemoPod handles information in its static demonstration experience and the principles that guide the product. It is not a substitute for a signed customer agreement, applicable product terms, or a full legal privacy notice for a production service.
Information we handle
MemoPod is designed to handle workspace information needed to provide a meeting record, including account details, device and workspace settings, meeting audio when capture is activated, generated summaries, action items, and sharing preferences. Organizations control the meeting contexts they choose to capture.
How information is used
Meeting information is used to create the records, summaries, reminders, and workspace experiences requested by the customer. We do not position meeting content as an advertising asset. Product improvement, troubleshooting, and service administration should be limited to the permissions and safeguards appropriate to the service relationship.
Your organization’s role
Organizations decide when to use MemoPod, who may access the workspace, how long to retain meeting records, and how to communicate recording practices to their teams and participants. Workspace owners should establish policies that reflect local law, workplace norms, and the sensitivity of each meeting type.
Access and retention
MemoPod is intended to give workspace administrators practical controls over people, roles, sharing, and retention. The precise controls available depend on the product plan and customer configuration. Teams should review these settings regularly as their organization changes.
